After subscribing to a paid plan, you can manage some aspects of it directly from your account.
You can:
Purchase one-time credit packs
Cancel your subscription — it will stay active until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan)
To make changes that require manual adjustment, contact our support team. You can request:
A different number of On-brand style slots
More or fewer team seats
A change in the number of extra monthly credits
Switching from monthly to yearly billing or vice versa
