Data protection & privacy: ICO-registered, private by default
What the ICO registration means
Our ICO (UK) Data Protection Registration confirms we operate with documented privacy standards, accountability, and clear data-handling practices. It’s a public commitment to lawful, fair, and transparent processing.
What we do, and don’t do with your data
We don’t share data with third parties: neither your training dataset nor your generated images.
We don’t repurpose your data to train global or public models.
We store data securely and restrict access to the owner (and explicitly invited teammates).
Sharing a style doesn’t expose your dataset
You can let teammates (or clients) use your trained style while keeping the dataset fully private. They can generate images; they cannot view, download, or extract your original training images.
Demo version vs full version and privacy
Whether a style is in demo or full state, privacy rules are the same: your dataset stays private; outputs are never shared beyond your workspace unless you choose to share them.
Control and deletion
You control what you store and who can access it. If you no longer need a dataset or style, remove it from your Library; we won’t keep using your data for any other purpose.
Quick answers
Are my images used to improve public models? No.
Do you send my data to third parties? No.
Does sharing a style reveal my dataset? No, style access never includes access to training files.
Are generated images private? Yes, we don’t share them unless you do.
