Managing and changing your subscription
Learn how to manage your subscription.
After subscribing, you can manage some aspects of your subscription directly from your account.
You can:
Purchase one-time credit packs
Purchase one-time licence
Cancel your subscription — it will stay active until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan)
To make changes that require manual adjustment, contact our support team. You can request:
A different number of licences
Switching from monthly to yearly billing or vice versa
