The Role:
As we work to solidify product-market fit and scale our growth, we are looking for an experienced and creative Content and Partnerships Manager to help implement our growth strategy. While we have a strong foundation in user analytics and digital channels, we need someone who can drive partnerships, content strategy, and develop content assets to activate customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with our Head of Growth, highly skilled in analytics and funnel optimisation, to focus on expanding our social media presence, building partnerships, and scaling our community of creators and paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a content strategy to activate campaigns: Align growth initiatives with the company’s goals to drive product-market fit and revenue growth. Leverage the upcoming model publication feature to create content that drives organic traffic and engagement from both creators and brands.
- Customer persona focus: Identify the most promising customer segments from our diverse base, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and determine which verticals to prioritise for the strongest PMF.
- Content and social media strategy: Expand beyond Instagram by developing a robust presence on platforms like Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube to attract new creators and brands.
- Partnership development: Create and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses or platforms that can help scale our marketplace through model usage or creator acquisition. Identify and establish collaborations with key partners who can bring demand for AI models or attract high-quality creators (e.g., illustrators, artists, creative communities).

- Curate and expand our community: Engage with the community and develop UGC formats, and drive activation via the community.
- Set, track, and report on KPIs: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on strategies to optimise performance at each stage.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, and campaign development in related fields at the pre-PMF to Scale stage, preferably in startups or platforms targeting prosumers, creatives, or SMEs.
- Strong understanding of content marketing: Familiarity with leveraging organic and social media growth channels to drive relevant audiences to the platform that converts into paying customers.
- Creative and strategic mindset: Able to develop and implement creative growth strategies, particularly around partnerships and content marketing.
- Experience in managing partnerships and collaborations: Proven experience working with external partners to drive growth or build new acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in growth and analytics tools: Experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics to track and optimise user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Collaborative leadership: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially product and marketing, to execute growth initiatives.
- A data-driven approach: You’re highly analytical with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies and experiments that drive growth.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving startup setting where priorities may evolve.
