Referral Program

At exactly.ai, we're always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our fast-growing team. We’re excited to introduce our Referral Program for the Content and Partnerships Manager role. If you know someone who would be a great fit, we’d love for you to refer them to us. If your referral leads to a successful hire, you’ll receive a £5,000 bounty as a thank you!

To make sure we’re connecting with high-quality candidates, we ask referrers to submit a work sample along with the candidate’s details. This could be an example of content, social media posts, or any other relevant work to give us a sense of the candidate's capabilities before the first conversation.

What You Need to Do:

1. Submit the candidate’s CV, work sample, and contact information.
2. Share how you know the candidate and why you think they’d be a great fit for the role.

If your referral is hired and successfully completes a 6-month probationary period, you’ll be eligible for the bounty! To ensure fairness, we accept referrals from anyone except professional recruiters. Additionally, we kindly ask that family member referrals, including partners or children, be disclosed at the time of submission.

Referral Bounty Terms & Conditions – Exactly.ai

Thank you for your interest in participating in the referral program for the Content and Partnerships Manager position at Exactly.ai. We are offering a referral bounty of £5,000 for successful hires. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to both internal employees of Exactly.ai and external participants who are not currently employed by Exactly.ai.
• The referral program is not open to professional recruitment agencies or consultants.
• The referrer must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Family member referrals (e.g., partners, children) are allowed but must be disclosed during the submission process.
• The referrer must have the referred candidate’s consent to share their details before making the referral.
• Referrals of oneself will not be considered eligible for the bounty.

2. Qualifying Referrals

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired for the Content and Partnerships Manager position at Exactly.ai.
• The referral bounty is applicable only to this specific role.
• The referred candidate must not be a current or previous employee of Exactly.ai.
• The referred candidate must not already be in communication or part of the hiring process with Exactly.ai prior to the referral.

3. Referral Process

• To submit a referral, please send the candidate’s details (CV, work sample, and contact information) to tonia@exactly.ai with the subject line: Referral for Content and Partnerships Manager.
• You must include your full name, email address, and relationship with the referred candidate when making the referral.
• Along with the candidate’s CV, we ask for a work sample (e.g., a social media post, content asset, or any relevant work) to help us assess the candidate’s suitability before the first conversation.

4. Referral Bounty Payment

• The referral bounty of £5,000 will be paid to the referrer once the referred candidate:
  • Has been successfully hired by Exactly.ai.
  • Has completed a probationary period of 6 months from their official start date.
• If the referred candidate leaves or is terminated within the 6-month probation period, no bounty will be paid.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of the candidate’s successful completion of the probation period.

5. Referral Validity

• A referral remains valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
• If the referred candidate is hired for the specified role within this timeframe, the bounty will still apply.

6. Multiple Referrals

• If the same candidate is referred by multiple people, the referral bounty will be awarded to the person who submitted the referral first, based on the timestamp of the referral email received by Exactly.ai.
• Only one bounty is payable per referred candidate.

7. Tax and Legal Considerations

• Any tax liabilities arising from the referral bounty will be the sole responsibility of the referrer.
• Exactly.ai is not responsible for withholding any taxes on behalf of the referrer.

8. Changes to the Program

• Exactly.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Referrals made before such changes will still be eligible under the terms at the time of submission.

9. Disputes

• Any disputes or discrepancies will be handled at the sole discretion of Exactly.ai, and all decisions are final.

10. Confidentiality

• The referrer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the candidate’s application process and any information shared by Exactly.ai throughout the hiring process.
