Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at exactly.ai, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products' user experience and visual design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.
• Advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
